Meet the Team

Miss Ireson is our Year 5/6 Teacher and Primary Languages and Humanities Subject Leader. She joined St Peter’s in September 2022, having spent over four years teaching in an Outstanding school in Plymouth, and has thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to develop key areas of our broader curriculum. This is Miss Ireson’s seventh year in Primary Education and, prior to St Peter’s, she worked and volunteered in schools across Dorset (where she is originally from), Devon and Cornwall. When she isn’t working, she enjoys watching rugby and spending time either in the kitchen or the great outdoors, but must admit that there is nothing better than snuggling down with a nice cup of tea, some Maltesers and a good book – especially when it’s raining and cold outside! She loves fantasy tales and adventure stories, especially those with a pinch of magic…
